2. Estimates & Pricing

• Pricing is based on project details such as size, materials, and scope of work.
• Any additional work or changes requested by the customer outside the original agreement may result in additional charges.

3. Scheduling & Availability

• Project timelines will be provided before work begins.
• Scheduling is subject to weather conditions and material availability.
• Smooth Painting reserves the right to reschedule services when necessary to ensure quality results.

4. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or contract.
• A deposit may be required to secure your project start date.
• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for preparing the work area (removing furniture, valuables, etc.) unless other arrangements are made.
• Access to water, electricity, and the property is required during the project.
• Customers should review work upon completion and notify us promptly of any concerns.

6. Quality & Warranty

• We use high-quality paints and stains to ensure a professional, long-lasting finish.
• Smooth Painting is not responsible for future issues caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., moisture damage, structural issues, or poor previous paint jobs).
• Warranty details (if applicable) will be provided in your estimate or contract.

7. Liability

• Smooth Painting is fully licensed and insured in the state of Minnesota.
• While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events, structural issues).

8. Cancellations

• Customers may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice.
• Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within a short period before the scheduled start date.
