Customers are responsible for preparing the work area (removing furniture, valuables, etc.) unless other arrangements are made.
Access to water, electricity, and the property is required during the project.
Customers should review work upon completion and notify us promptly of any concerns.
6. Quality & Warranty
We use high-quality paints and stains to ensure a professional, long-lasting finish.
Smooth Painting is not responsible for future issues caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., moisture damage, structural issues, or poor previous paint jobs).

7. Liability
Smooth Painting is fully licensed and insured in the state of Minnesota.
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events, structural issues).
